Nostalgia

Nostalgia is a sentimentality for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations.[1] The word nostalgia is learned formation of a Greek compound, consisting of νόστος (nóstos), meaning “homecoming”, a Homericword, and ἄλγος (álgos), meaning “pain” or “ache”;

I miss the good old days when we could actually walk out of the buildings and visit cafes without thinking about “social distancing” and how it would impact the hospitals when we do so. Remember weddings and how we dread it? It cannot be understated that we are living now in a dystopian world with borders creeping closer to my home. Like a war zone, I feel like the impact inches closer and closer into my network of friends. Unsightly as it seems, you will still see a sea of people at different pockets of locations through Klang Valley.

Luckily for us, we seem to be edging closer to the vaccine deployment. The sooner we start being healthy, the sooner we can resume our priorities to restore our nation’s democratic nature and rescale the imbalance that lies with the current illegal government.
